A Bit About Us
We, combined, have over 45 years of experience in the bodybuilding field and are both IFBB Pro's. Tramell (Mell) won his IFBB Pro Card in 2016 at the Pittsburg North American Championships in Bodybuilding. Lydia won her IFBB Pro Card in 2017 at the North American Championships in Bikini. We love bodybuilding. Our goal as coaches is to bring our love and experience in the sport to our team.
What We Do
We provide competition prep coaching from start to finish. Customized macros, sample meal plans, workouts, supplement advice, posing and show day coaching.
Macro Based Meal Plans and Prep
We follow a macro based philosophy when giving out sample diets to fill an athletes macros.
Workouts
Customized workouts for your division to bring a winning physique to the stage.
Posing
We will dial in posing in any division whether you are a first time or seasoned competitor. Posing packages available at a discount with our IFBB pros for every division.
TOP GUN POSING CENTER
Centrally located at 88 E Francis Ave, Spokane WA. Posing rooms are available for rent by all competitors and coaches.

PRICING
Month to month or yearly package pricing available. Ask us about our 12 month program discount. All plans include customized macros, workouts, cardio and group posing.
